Production Rates
All production rates depend on project circumstances, such as, the size the pavement is broken to, the condition and depth of the pavement and/or subgrade, and how the project is laid out.

Milling (if concrete pavement is overlayed with asphalt), and saw cutting operations (primarily on airports) are the most common causes of lower breaking production. These two operations need a good head start on the breaking.
